Return & Refund Policy

We accept return requests only when the following conditions are met:

  • The product arrived with damage or manufacturing defects
  • The wrong item (incorrect variety/quantity) was delivered to you
  • The item is unused and remains in its original packaging and condition

All return requests must be submitted within 15 calendar days of the order’s delivery date.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items and requests will not be approved for return:

  • Products marked as Final Sale on the listing and order confirmation
  • Items that have been damaged due to improper use, mishandling, or regular wear and tear
  • Return requests filed after the 15-day return window has expired

Return Process

Reach out to our team at info@kentft.com, including your order number and a detailed description of the reason for return

Wait for our support team to approve your request and send you specific return shipping instructions

Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping service (tracking information is required for all returns)

Refund Processing

Once the returned item is delivered to our warehouse and inspected to meet return eligibility, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used for the order.

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Shipping costs will only be refunded in the event that the return is a result of our error (e.g., incorrect item shipped, damaged product on arrival).
